The Grandstream GBX20 Expansion Module is a professional LCD expansion module designed to extend the functionality, flexibility, and productivity of compatible Grandstream IP phones. Featuring 20 programmable dual-colour extension keys with two pages per module, the GBX20 can support up to 40 contacts or extensions per module and up to 160 contacts when four modules are daisy-chained together. It is designed specifically for receptionists, operators, administrators, and users handling high call volumes.
The GBX20 supports advanced telephony features including Busy Lamp Field (BLF), call park/pick-up, speed dial, presence indication, intercom, call transfer, and conference management. It integrates seamlessly with supported Grandstream IP phones and video phones to improve workflow efficiency and call management capabilities.
