The Grandstream UCM Remote Connect – PRO is a 12-month cloud collaboration and remote connectivity subscription designed for organisations using Grandstream UCM6300 series systems. It enables secure remote access for users and SIP devices through automatic NAT firewall traversal, allowing employees to securely connect without requiring VPN deployment or complex network configurations.
The PRO plan expands capacity beyond the PLUS tier and is designed for larger remote teams that require increased remote user support, cloud storage, monitoring tools, and advanced administration features. It supports up to 100 registered remote users/devices and up to 16 concurrent remote calls or meetings.
UCM Remote Connect PRO simplifies secure remote deployment by providing always-on connectivity for users and endpoints without needing VPN infrastructure.
It integrates with GDMS for centralised management and provides monitoring, diagnostics, reports, and alerts that help administrators manage distributed communication environments efficiently. The service operates on cloud infrastructure designed for high reliability.
